Description
Ultrasonic flowmeter is based on the principle of velocity difference method to measure liquid flow in a circular tube. This series of instruments adopts digital transmission, digital reception, digital analysis, digital output and other advanced micro power digital design technology, the instrument measurement is accurate, reliable operation, more suitable for the needs of industrial field. Converter forms are: wall mounted, disc mounted, integrated; Sensor forms are: insert type, tube section type, external clip type.
Ultrasonic flowmeter characteristics
1. The measurement linearity is better than 0.5%, the repeatability accuracy is better than 0.2%, and the measurement resolution is as high as 40 picoseconds, making the measurement accuracy reach ±1%.
2. 128 times of data acquisition in each measurement cycle is assisted by the newly developed flowmeter time difference analysis software, which has excellent performance and makes the display data more stable, accurate and linear.
3. Isolated RS485 interface, flow meter and secondary table can communicate through RS485 bus, transmission distance of more than kilometers.
4. With three analog input interfaces with precision of 0.1%, can be connected to temperature, pressure, liquid level and other signals.
A 5.1 channel 4-20 mah analog output can be used as a flow/heat transmitter.
6.2 3-channel PT100 resistance signal input can be used as a heat meter.

13. Hardware modular design. It is composed of motherboard module, 4-20 MA output module, pulse output module, printer module, parallel keyboard display module, serial keyboard display module, etc. Users can choose according to their needs.
14. Different software communication protocols such as MODBUS protocol, MBUS protocol, FUJI extension protocol and simple water meter protocol are available for users to choose from. The recommended protocol is MODBUS-RTU or MODBUS-ASCII.
15. The daily accumulation can be recorded in the first 64 days, the month accumulation in the first 32 months (2 years), and add the year, month and day record content. The accumulated data can be read by MODBUS protocol.
