Balance flowmeter is the third generation of throttling device, the measuring accuracy of this flowmeter is 5 ~ 10 times that of traditional throttling device, flow noise is reduced to 1/15, permanent pressure loss is about 1/3, pressure recovery is 2 times faster, the minimum straight pipe section can be as small as 0.5D, no moving parts, installation and use is very convenient and simple, can eliminate large straight pipe section, It can greatly reduce the energy consumption required by fluid operation. It is an energy-saving instrument with broad application prospect.


Features:


1, high measurement accuracy


Because the balance flow sensor has the characteristics of porous structure, it can balance the flow field, reduce eddy current, vibration and signal noise, and greatly improve the stability of the flow field. The table body is made of special precision pipe and special pressure taking device, so that the accuracy is increased 5-10 times than the traditional throttling device.


After real flow calibration, the sensor accuracy can reach ± 0.3%, ± 0.5%, suitable for trade measurement occasions.

The balance flowmeter has high machining repeatability, and can be verified on the basis of real flow calibration data, just like traditional throttling devices.


2. Low requirements for straight pipe section


The balanced flow sensor can balance the flow field, adjust the stability, and the pressure recovery is twice as fast as the traditional throttling device, greatly shortening the requirements on the straight pipe section. In most cases, straight pipe sections can be as small as 0.5D~2D. Especially for special or expensive pipes, a large number of straight pipe sections can be eliminated by using a balanced flowmeter.


3. Low permanent pressure loss


The symmetrical balance design of the balance flowmeter reduces the formation of eddy current and turbulent friction, and reduces the loss of kinetic energy. In the same working condition, compared with the traditional throttling device, the pressure loss is 70% less, close to the venturi tube, thus saving considerable operating costs, worthy of extensive promotion.


4. Wide range ratio


Compared with traditional throttling devices, the balanced flowmeter greatly improves the measuring range ratio. The research results show that when the Reynolds number is greater than 50000, there is no upper limit for the balance flowmeter if the aperture parameters are selected properly. According to the needs of industrial measurement applications, the range ratio of conventional measurement is 10:1, and the channel can be 30:1 or higher if the parameters are selected appropriately.


5. Good repeatability and long-term stability


The balanced flow sensor can balance and stabilize the flow field, so that the repeatability is greatly improved, up to ± 0.1%.


Balanced flowmeter multiple flow holes dispersed force, no acute Angle wear, its β value remains unchanged for a long time, long-term stability is very good; The whole instrument has no moving parts, and the service life is 5-10 times longer than the traditional throttling device.


6, dirt resistance should not be blocked


The balanced design of porous symmetry reduces the formation of turbulent shear force and eddy current, which greatly reduces the formation of dead zone, ensures the smooth passage of dirty media through multiple holes, and reduces the chance of fluid holes being blocked.


7, wide measuring range


According to the experimental results, we know that the performance of the equilibrium flowmeter makes the flow rate from the minimum to the speed of sound, the minimum Reynolds number can be lower than 200, and the maximum Reynolds number is greater than 107. Beta value is optional from 0.25 to 0.9.


8. Scope of application


Balance flowmeter operating temperature, pressure depends on the pipe and flange material and grade, the working temperature can reach 850℃,42MPa.


Suitable for extremely low temperature fluid LNG, liquid air, liquid nitrogen, liquid oxygen, liquid argon, liquefied ethylene, liquid hydrogen, liquid chlorine, can effectively prevent gasification, the best measurement effect.


Equilibrium flowmeters can measure vapor-liquid two-phase, slurry, and even solid particles, as well as two-way flow.


Balanced flowmeters are perfectly symmetrical, making it easy to measure two-way flow.
