Description
I. Overview
The classic Venturi is designed and manufactured according to GB/T2624-93 and certified according to JJG640-94. In the standard throttling device, it requires the upper and downstream straight pipe section to be the shortest, the smallest permanent pressure loss, stable performance, easy maintenance. Because of its accurate calculation and low energy consumption, it has been widely used in petroleum, chemical, electric power and metallurgical industries.
Ii. Characteristics
High precision and good repeatability.
Low pressure loss and blockage prevention function.
It can be used to measure two - phase flow and miscible flow.
Can be used for large diameter, low velocity and rectangular pipe flow measurement.
Geometric verification can be put into use without high real flow calibration costs.

Nominal diameter: 50mm≤DN≤1200mm, more than 1200mm need to be calibrated

Machining contraction segment: 50mm≤DN≤250mm
