At the installation of large-diameter gas flowmeter in industrial field, it is a common phenomenon that the length of the straight pipe section limited by space is not enough. At this time, the rotating flow and velocity distribution in the pipeline are seriously distorted, and the coefficient of the flowmeter is greatly offset. The velocity distribution in the pipeline with non-circular section (rectangular, polygon, etc.) is more complicated, and the pipelines with different sizes are not similar, which brings great trouble to the flow measurement. The multi-point matrix flow measuring device produced by our company divides the whole section of the pipeline into N units of equal area. The total pressure hole is set on the flow sensor, and the total pressure hole is located in the center of each unit area. The total pressure measured reflects the velocity of each unit area. And the static pressure measured by the static pressure detection port located at the direction axis of the sensor's back flow, respectively leads to the flow sensor, forming the differential pressure output. The differential pressure opening has a linear relationship with the flow.
