Description
Principle of laser gas analyzer: When the light beam of specific wavelength emitted by the spectrum passes through the measuring tube, it is absorbed by the gas selected frequency, which leads to attenuation of optical non-intersection and interference intensity. The output light will weaken or miss these wavelength components. In spectroscopy, through the composition of the absorption spectral line of the gas, the components of the substance can be distinguished. Therefore, the system makes use of the different characteristic absorption spectra of different gas components and the Beer-Lamber relationship between gas concentration and infrared or laser absorption spectra. The concentration of the measured gas can be obtained by detecting the absorption size of the absorption spectra (i.e. the attenuation information of light intensity).
Performance characteristics: No cross interference: the laser wavelength consistent with the measured gas is used, not affected by other gas interference, easy to detect the specific components in the gas mixture;
Fast response: the response speed is about 1~5 seconds (high speed specification is about 1~2 seconds). Compared with other detection methods (electrochemical, semiconductor infrared, etc.), the response time is greatly shortened.
Stability: Excellent long-term stability ±2%FS/6 months (zero drift);
High precision: the concentration of resonance absorption of specific wavelength is monitored by gas, and the measurement accuracy is extremely high.
Small maintenance: no longer need complex maintenance, easy to use and easy to calibrate, no need for professional operators;
Measurement method: Only laser irradiation during detection, suitable for high temperature, strong corrosion, bad environment, dust environment, compatible with moist gas.
