Measurement of liquid and steam, should be installed below the pipeline, so that bubbles back into the pipeline; Vertical pipe installation, can be installed anywhere around the vertical pipe 3600.

4. Installation position of Weiba flowmeter transmitter. When measuring gas medium, the transmitter should be installed in a position higher than the power bar; When measuring liquid and steam medium, the transmitter should be installed at a position lower than the power bar.

5. The design of the Veloba meter essentially prevents clogging, but this is based on the normal operation of the process and the Veloba components. Once the power bar is blocked, it will be very difficult to clean up, so the installation of the power bar should pay special attention to blocking.

6, the pressure tube leakage, resulting in the probe high pressure balance zone damage, small impurity diameter particles may enter the pressure hole, so we should often check the pressure tube.

7, process stop, due to the Brownian motion of molecules, small particles of impurities may enter the pressure hole. If it is not used for a long time, it should be removed and stored.

8. The process system frequently starts and stops, and the small particles of impurities may enter the pressure hole when the high pressure zone forms at the moment, which will cause the probe to be blocked over time. In this case, the Weimbar flowmeter should be selected with care, or the purging device should be established and the response purging should be carried out when stopping.
