1. Environmental requirements for installation of vortex flowmeter


The installation environment of vortex flowmeter should avoid some strong electric equipment, high frequency equipment or strong switching power equipment to the greatest extent, because the grasp of the equipment environment is very important, and the related power supply of the instrument must be separated from the mentioned equipment as far as possible, but also need to avoid some high temperature heat source and radiation source is more extensive area, to avoid direct projection impact. If installation is required near such areas, insulation and ventilation measures shall be added.

If the upstream and downstream pipelines are too slack, it is necessary to increase the pipeline fastening device in the upstream and downstream 2D, and install certain anti-vibration pads. In addition, the installation of the meter needs to be carried out indoors, if it must be installed in outdoor areas, it needs to pay strict attention to waterproof measures, especially at the electrical interface, the need to bend the cable into a U-shaped, so as not to water along the cable into the amplifier housing. A wider space should be left around the instrument installation point, so as to facilitate the smooth operation of installation, wiring and regular maintenance.


2. Installation steps of vortex flowmeter


In the installation process of vortex flowmeter, it is necessary to open the pipe in advance according to the opening size standard, and the opening position must meet the standard requirements of straight pipe section. The flowmeter is placed on the pipe with a good opening, and the flange connected with it is welded and positioned on the pipe; Remove the flowmeter, weld the positioning flanges on both sides of the pipeline, and clean the prominent parts inside the pipeline after welding; Install the flowmeter, make sure that the sealing gasket is not inserted into the pipe, and make sure that the arrow direction on the flowmeter is consistent with the flow direction; Finally, electrical signal pipeline distribution, wiring, wiring.
