How to choose the metal tube rotor flowmeter?
Metal rotor flowmeter can withstand higher temperature and pressure than glass rotor flowmeter. It is a kind of variable area flow meter commonly used in industrial automation process control. It can be used for liquid and gas flow measurement, especially for small diameter, low flow rate, small flow, high temperature and high pressure media measurement. There are explosion-proof type, anticorrosive type, high temperature and high pressure resistance type, jacket type, local indication type, far transmission type and so on, various varieties to meet the requirements of different process measurement, how to consider when choosing.
(1) For the selection of far transmission type metal tube rotor flowmeter, it is necessary to choose the rotor flowmeter suitable for the explosion-proof type requirements of the use place; During installation, attention should also be paid to the enclosure fastening after the meter is energized and the sealing of the wiring port, which has reached the requirements of explosion-proof, protection and corrosion prevention.
(2) For the measured medium temperature is higher than 120℃) or too low place, usually to metal rotor flowmeter sensor part to take heat preservation or heat insulation measures, in order to ensure that the signal converter ------ indicator normal working environment temperature, should choose high temperature indicator.
(3) For some tested media that need to be insulated or cooled, the jacket type metal rotor flowmeter should be selected. The tracing or cooling interface of the standard metal tube float rotor flowmeter is connected with DIN2501 DN15 PN1.6 flange. If other flange or thread connection is required, please indicate when ordering.
(4) For the metal rotor flowmeter inlet medium pressure instability, especially for gas measurement, in order to ensure accuracy and service life, should choose damping structure.
(5) For the medium requirements of high pressure grade, more than the standard pressure grade, please choose high pressure type structure in the selection.
