Electromagnetic field interference: Electric and magnetic field interference is usually caused by frequency conversion equipment, high-voltage power supply equipment or transmission equipment. The sensor output signal of ultrasonic flowmeter is the voltage signal of millivolt level. Because the signal voltage is weak, it is vulnerable to external electric and magnetic field interference to change the voltage value, resulting in the error of the identification signal of the flowmeter, resulting in the debugging of the flowmeter. If you want to verify whether it is electric field interference, as long as the installation position of the flowmeter away from the presence of interference sources (transformers, frequency converters, high-voltage wires, other high-power electrical equipment) more than 6 meters, install again, you can verify.
Power supply interference: generally, it is a phenomenon that occurs when the ultrasonic flowmeter uses the mains power supply. The reason is generally because the mains voltage is unstable or the frequency is changed at any time, which affects the judgment of the meter on the meter signal, resulting in the error of the meter signal identification and the inability to debug. If you want to determine whether the fault of the flowmeter is caused by this reason, you need to prepare an independent power supply (battery or dry battery) to meet the power supply requirements of the flowmeter. If the problem is eliminated, it is indicated that the problem is not the other way around.
