Precautions for installation of rotor flowmeter

1: The flowmeter must be installed vertically, the measured flow body bottom-up through the flowmeter, the import and export are guaranteed to have 5 times the diameter of the meter straight pipe section, for the newly installed pipeline, the flowmeter should be cleaned before installation.

2: In order to facilitate maintenance and replacement of the flow meter, it is necessary to connect the side pipe when the instrument is installed.

3: In the upstream of the flow meter should be installed valve, in the downstream 5~10 times the diameter of the instrument installed flow control valve. For small diameter instruments, a filter should be installed upstream. If the measured medium contains magnetic substances, a magnetic filter should be installed in front of the flowmeter.

4: When the measured medium is dirty, the pipe and float should be cleaned in time.

5: The measurement accuracy of metal rotor flowmeter is generally 2.5, when the measurement accuracy is higher, it is not suitable to choose metal rotor flowmeter.
